Maya Capital LLP ("Maya"), a specialist real estate investment management firm, today announced the appointment of Vanessa Benladj as Director, Capital Formation & Investor Relations.
Vanessa joins Maya from Colony Investment Management where she served as Vice President, Client Relations & Capital Markets. She brings over 15 years of experience in capital formation, investor relations and real estate private markets, having worked with institutional investors, family offices and strategic partners across Europe and the Middle East.
Vanessa has extensive experience raising capital across the real estate capital stack, spanning both equity and debt strategies with particular expertise in hospitality-focused real estate and alternative investment strategies. Her experience includes club deals, separately managed accounts and commingled funds, working with a diverse institutional investor base including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and family offices.
