ESG CASE STUDY

Eastgate House, Cardiff

Maya made substantial improvements to the building fabric and services at Eastgate House, which led to the reduction of Co2 emissions by 28 tonnes per annum.* Additionally, Maya installed new cycling facilities for the tenants and undertakes regular energy audits. Our experience at Eastgate House is used to inform the capital expenditure that we carry out on all exiting assets and future acquisitions.
