Maya Capital LLP, a specialist real estate investment management firm, today announced the appointment of Charlie Alcock, Tancredi Dutto, and Adrien Pujade-Lauraine to spearhead its UK and European real estate origination push.
Each hire brings extensive UK and pan-European experience in acquisitions, asset management, and strategic development, further enhancing Maya Capital’s ability to originate and execute complex transactions.

Tancredi Dutto brings 20 years of experience in the Italian investment and asset management sector. Prior to joining Maya, he was a Partner at Miria Group (formerly GWM), where he led the European team overseeing €1.5 billion of assets and executed €1.1 billion of transactions across office, living, industrial and retail sectors. He previously managed €1.8 billion in property funds at DeA Capital and closed €600 million of deals at Babcock & Brown.
Adrien Pujade-Lauraine has nearly 20 years of pan-European real estate experience and has completed more than €800 million of transactions across Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. He began his career at JLL in Paris before moving to Ivanhoé Cambridge, where as Director he oversaw a €1 billion German and UK portfolio. He later joined Maple Knoll Capital in London as Principal and Head of Asset Management, where he also led transactions, refinancing and ESG-driven value-add initiatives.
