Maya Capital LLP, a specialist real estate investment management firm, today announced the appointment of Charlie Alcock, Tancredi Dutto, and Adrien Pujade-Lauraine to spearhead its UK and European real estate origination push.

Each hire brings extensive UK and pan-European experience in acquisitions, asset management, and strategic development, further enhancing Maya Capital’s ability to originate and execute complex transactions.

Charlie Alcock is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of transactional and asset management experience in the UK and across Europe. Most recently, he founded BigCity, a developer and operator of student and co-living assets in Europe. Prior to that, Charlie co-founded M7 Real Estate in 2009, where he oversaw special situations and alternative strategies for a platform that managed circa €5 billion of assets. Earlier in his career, he played key roles at Halverton REIM LLP (later Internos and Principal), executing €1 billion in acquisitions across France, the Netherlands and Denmark, and at IO Group (later Valad and Cromwell Property Group), where he was involved in acquiring €1 billion of industrial assets across Europe.

Tancredi Dutto brings 20 years of experience in the Italian investment and asset management sector. Prior to joining Maya, he was a Partner at Miria Group (formerly GWM), where he led the European team overseeing €1.5 billion of assets and executed €1.1 billion of transactions across office, living, industrial and retail sectors. He previously managed €1.8 billion in property funds at DeA Capital and closed €600 million of deals at Babcock & Brown.

Adrien Pujade-Lauraine has nearly 20 years of pan-European real estate experience and has completed more than €800 million of transactions across Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. He began his career at JLL in Paris before moving to Ivanhoé Cambridge, where as Director he oversaw a €1 billion German and UK portfolio. He later joined Maple Knoll Capital in London as Principal and Head of Asset Management, where he also led transactions, refinancing and ESG-driven value-add initiatives.

Commenting on the appointments David Pralong, Founder and Managing Partner of Maya Capital, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Charlie, Tancredi and Adrien to Maya. Each of them brings outstanding experience and complementary skill sets, and together they will play a central role in growing our platform across key target markets. These arrivals reflect our ambition to expand across the UK and Europe, and reinforces Maya’s focus on value-add and opportunistic opportunities in dynamic markets.”

Charlie Alcock added:

“Our aim is to build upon Maya’s already successful strategy of assets in need of regeneration. I am incredibly excited to join such a well-respected business with a strong track record across the UK and Europe.”

Tancredi Dutto commented:

“I look forward to leveraging my experience to help Maya identify and unlock value in underperforming assets in Italy. The opportunity to join a nimble, entrepreneurial team with proven success is hugely motivating.”

Adrien Pujade-Lauraine said:

“Maya has established itself as an agile investor with a strong ability to execute complex transactions. I am thrilled to join the firm at this stage of its growth and to help drive its expansion across Germany and France.”
